Do I have to complete Coaching Foundations (Module 1) prior to taking another training module?

Module 1 (or equivalent) is required as a prerequisite for all other modules. Following the completion of Module 1, participants may choose (mix and match) modules that most closely relate to their specific area of interest. Coach Training for Leaders recommends, as the “Full Training Program”, the standard path of Modules 1, 2, and 3, followed by Group Mentor Coaching.

Does all the teaching and skill practice happen during the 3-Day training sessions?

Each 20-hour module includes assigned reading, which is completed prior to the training. Additionally, there is a coaching observation session after each of the initial three modules to ensure that the coaching skills presented in the module are being implemented into coaching. Once complete, a 20-hour certificate for that module is received.
