Module 1: Coaching Foundations*

Module 2: Coaching for Leadership*

Module 3: Coaching for Congregational Transformation*
- January 5-7, 2026, via Zoom
- Day 1: 1:00-5:00 pm (ET)
- Day 2: 9:00 am-4:00 pm (ET, with lunch break)
- Day 3: 9:00 am-12:00 pm (ET)
- NOTE: This module includes individual sessions (scheduled separately) with coaching demonstration and competency assessment, as well as asynchronous learning through outside reading and resources
Module 4: Discipleship

Module 8: Coaching for Adaptive
Leadership*
- December 1-3, 2025, via Zoom
- Day 1: 1:00-5:00 pm (ET)
- Day 2: 9:00 am-4:00 pm (ET, with lunch break)
- Day 3: 9:00 am-12:00 pm (ET)

Module 9: Coaching for a Culture of Hospitality*

- 20 hour modules are available at a rate of $700 each for continuing education or non-professional training; 10 hour modules are available for $350 each
- Full Coach Training Program (includes 60 hours of training and Mentor Coaching) Cost: $3500.00
