I am a professional Christian coach who specializes in leadership development for individuals and teams. I currently reside in Kansas and have worked with individuals and teams in 5 states. I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients and teams. In addition to being a professional coach, I serve in the Great Plains United Methodist Conference as a lay leadership developer.I am a collaborative, action-focused professional coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients and teams effectively address areas of growth. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful tools to offer a highly-personalized plan tailored to you.
