Categories: CTL Graduates Working Toward Certification

Roberta Cook is an ordained elder in the UMC (Indiana Conference) with 20+ years of ministry experience who is passionate about helping clergy, congregations, and laity develop and reach their fullest potential as they seek to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. I currently serve at Elwood First UMC in Elwood, Indiana.
I am currently a student of CTL who has completed 60 hours of specified training and am working towards ICF, ACC/PCC accreditation. I would love to partner with you on your journey to success and fulfillment through the process of discovery, encouragement, powerful questioning and accountability. I am available for coaching anyone but specifically clergy, congregations, and laity. I have a passion for congregational transformation, discipleship and fresh expressions of church. To that end I offer one on one and small group coaching for: Congregational Transformation, Discipleship, Personal Development and Leadership. I have a unique desire for coaching women in ministry as we often face “unique” circumstances in ministry
Training Opportunities: I have been trained by Dr. Phil Maynard to teach and coach congregations, laity and clergy in developing discipleship pathways using the Shift 2.0 resource developed by Dr. Phil Maynard.
I am available for coaching via tele-communications (cell phone and face time) and in some cases in person when you are willing to travel. I am currently based in Elwood, Indiana and can be contacted via e-mail @ coaching4empoweredliving@gmail.com for further inquiries; my website is Coaching4empoweredliving.com.
May God’s peace rest upon you, Rev. Roberta Cook
