-Manual: 80 + pages of useful material related to coaching will be provided.
-YOU will coach and be coached each day. Please bring to your coaching something that is “real” for you. One way to think of it is “What do I want more of (or less of) in my life.”

Imagine supporting congregations in developing clarity of purpose; achievable goals and plans; growing disciples; functioning systems and equipped leaders. This module is designed to equip coaches to partner with congregations in designing effective ministries using a coaching approach with ample resourcing.

Coach Training for Leaders offers the 10 hours of mentor coaching as a group experience at least twice per year. Seven of the 10 hours are in a group setting, spread over three months, with each person coaching once and receiving in-depth feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and interactive process to increase the coach’s capability in coaching. There are three one-hour individual sessions, one with each of our mentor coaches, one focused on a recording and transcript of a coaching session done by the students.

There are three one-hour individual sessions with one of our mentor coaches. It is taught by ICF PCC and MCC Credentialed Trainers and Mentor Coaches. Learn how to identify and release your client’s blocks to Transformation in 5 steps, with “HEART!” You can flow and powerfully connect with your coaching clients, while enhancing your own inner awareness of limiting beliefs. Participants will learn 5 “red-flags” indicating a client’s limiting beliefs and negative patterns are present. The group will practice pattern identification with examples, group interaction, and feedback. For each hour of instruction there is one hour of practice.
