Group and team coaching is the most cost-effective way to provide the benefits of coaching. Learn how to apply coaching principles with a small group in order to boost personal and professional development, achieve goals, greater self awareness, and to study and implement new information.
Half of the content is didactic and half is experiential, where participants benefit from being in a small group and also get to practice leading a small group as part of a team. Further, learn how group and team coaching are similar and different with both using the tools of individual coaching.
The time frame is four days of virtual training live and interactive via Zoom– students may attend from all over the world. It is taught by an ICF PCC Credentialed Trainer and Mentor Coach. The ICF has approved this program for 20 hours ACSTH or CCEUs. The cost of this module is $700.
Three important resources for this training experience:
–Effective Group Coaching by Jennifer Britton is the required book.
-Manual: 80 + pages of useful material related to coaching will be provided.
-YOU will coach and be coached each day. Please bring to your coaching something that is “real” for you. One way to think of it is “What do I want more of (or less of) in my life.”
Our approach to coach training is interactive, relational, experiential, didactic, and fun! During this training, you will receive lots of content and will practice what you learn in small groups. It will be fun for both introverts and extroverts!
Coach Training for Leaders offers additional Modules for completing the training hour requirements for the ACC and the PCC credential. Mentor Coaching groups are scheduled regularly. Our trainings not only teach you the skills to coach but also provide the opportunity to be coached and receive live feedback throughout the process.
